🍃Rooted Mini

The Rooted journey, with guidance when you need it.

Rooted Mini is designed for parents who want to work through the Rooted Methodology without scheduled Zoom sessions. You’ll move through each of the six steps at your own pace, completing the guided exercises and reflecting on the questions provided.

When you finish a step, you’ll send your responses by email. Your coach will review your work and respond with thoughtful guidance, questions, and feedback before you move on to the next step.

There are no Zoom sessions—just structured, guided work and personalized email consultation throughout the six-step journey.

Six guided steps + personalized email feedback between each step.
