Our Roots

A Guiding Hand for Your Family's Path

Hi, I’m Rachel.

I’ve worn many different hats throughout my life, but one of the most meaningful has been being a mother. Raising children has taught me that parenting is about so much more than knowing what to do in a particular moment. It’s about understanding ourselves, recognizing what has shaped us, and making intentional choices about what we want to pass on to our children.

My experiences as a mother, along with my work in the medical field, decades of running my own business, and the many different family and life situations I’ve experienced, have given me a wide perspective on children, relationships, and the challenges families face. These experiences allow me to look at parenting from different angles and help you see possibilities that may be difficult to see on your own.

I believe every child is different, and every family has its own story. There isn't one perfect way to parent, but there is value in taking the time to ask yourself what kind of parent you want to be, what you want your family to stand for, and what you hope your children carry with them into the world.

That is what Rooted is about.

My role isn't to tell you how to raise your children. It's to help you step back, reflect, discover what matters most to you, and intentionally build the kind of parenting approach that fits your family. Together, we'll look at the experiences, values, hopes, and challenges that shape your parenting so you can move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and purpose.
